Refund policy

 

1. No Cash Refunds:

We do not offer cash refunds on any purchase. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

2. Exchanges:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Items purchased during promotional or sale periods are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Conditions:

   - Item(s) must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact

   - Original invoice must be provided

   - You may exchange for an item of equal or greater value; exchanges for lower-value items are not accepted

4. Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted only before an order is dispatched. Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit equivalent to the order value. This applies only to orders paid for through zyntekgear.com. Cancellations are not accepted for orders placed during sale periods. If 15 business days have passed since your cancellation was approved and you haven't received your credit, please contact us at info@zyntekgear.com.

5. Free Gifts/Bundled Items:

Any complimentary items included with your order are given at random and cannot be exchanged, returned, or customized by color/type.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on sale items, products without a stated warranty, and gift cards.

How Exchanges Work

Once your exchange request is approved, the value of your original item will be issued as store credit, which you can immediately use toward your new purchase.

Store Credit Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved exchanges/cancellations will be credited as store credit within 10 business days, based on the item's value only.
